Black Post Workout Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- About 5 Frozen Black Cherries (Seedless)
- 1/4 C Blackberries
- 1/4 C Raspberries
- 1/4 C Strawberries
- About 5 Pieces Steamed then Frozen Cauliflower
- LARGE Handful of Spinach and Kale
- 1 tsp Chlorella
- 1 TBSP Spirulina
- 1 Scoop Preferred Protein (I use Purium)
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1-2 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
- 1/3 C Kombucha
- 1 C Cashew or Nut Milk of Choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a large high powered blender. Blend and enjoy! I topped with walnuts and a few frozen berries.
