Fall Spice Morning Oats


Fall spices always invoke a sense of nostalgia, coziness and warmth... at least for me. I think about snuggling up next to a window to watch the leaves fall as I sip on a toasty pumpkin spice latte. This morning I wanted that cozy feeling, so I made oats with all the spices! 



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 C Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 C Water
  • 3 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Collage Peptides
  • 1 tsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (click link to buy)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (...or more, I always go heavy on cinnamon!)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Organic Creamed Honey
  • 2 TBSP Flaxseed 
  • Blueberries, Pomegranate Arils and nuts of choice to top.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring oats and water to a boil, then simmer. While simmering, add spices, collagen, oil and honey and give it a good stir. Stir occasionally until oats are fully cooked. 7-10 minutes. Top with your favorite fruits and nuts and enjoy!
