Whole Mama Cauliflower Smoothie





Layered Smoothie Recipe:

Base:

1/4 Large Purple Sweet Potato
1/2 C Frozen Cauliflower
1/2 C Frozen Raspberries
1/2 C Frozen Cherries
1/2 Banana
1 Scoop LivingFuel® Ultimate Berry


Blend together and pour into bottom of cup.

Layer 1:

Heaping spoonful of Full Fat Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP Black Chia Seeds
Splash of Nut Milk to Thin

Stir together and layer on top of base layer.

Layer 2:

1 TBSP Pomegranate Arils

Pour arils into cup and spread evenly.

Layer 3:

Blackberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
Spinach

Blend and fill to the top of your cup!
