Sunny Side Up Eggs and Greens

This is super simple and it's a go to breakfast for me when I don't have a lot of time and I'm looking for something that will fill me up and keep me full throughout the morning.

2 Organic Cage Free Eggs
1/3 C Spinach
1/3 C Kale
1/3 C Arugula 
1 TSP Coconut Oil for Cooking Eggs

For Seasoning:

Thyme
Pepper
Sea Salt
